(Unstable) Get the proofs of a Cardano transaction list from Cardano Blocks and Transactions snapshots

Returns the transaction hashes and the corresponding proofs from the latest Cardano Blocks and Transactions signed entity. Using this endpoint require Aggregator's capabilities to include CardanoBlocksTransactions in the signed_entity_types
