(Unstable) Get the proofs of a Cardano block list

Returns block hashes and associated transaction proofs from the latest Cardano Blocks and Transactions signed entity. Using this endpoint require Aggregator's capabilities to include CardanoBlocksTransactions in the signed_entity_types
