Revoke an authorized sender

Stops accepting mail from this address, immediately, and cancels any confirmation link still in flight.

The row survives with status revoked so the record of who was once trusted stays legible; re-adding the address later starts a fresh confirmation. The workspace owner's own address cannot be revoked here and answers 409 invalid_state: it is the address every notice is sent to. An owner grant left by a former owner or an old address can be.
