New-episode push (outbound webhook)

Brain POSTs this to every registered subscription endpoint when fresh episodes land. Metadata only — never episode text. Signed X-Brain-Signature: sha256=<hex hmac> over the raw JSON body with the per-subscription secret. Delivery is at-least-once (dedupe on episode ids); the watermark advances only after a 2xx.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
