Check whether an uploaded video has finished processing

Returns a media asset's processingStatus (Ready, Queued, Processing or Failed), and while a video transcode runs, progressPercent (0-100, from FFmpeg's own encoding progress) and, if it failed, error. Images and documents are always Ready. Poll at most every 5 seconds.
