Copy a ready-made starter slideshow into the workspace

Copies a starter slideshow from GET /v1/gallery into the workspace, keeping its title. No body. Returns the new slideshow (201), ready to edit like any other and to put on a screen with POST /v1/devices/{id}/play. Counts as one of the plan's slideshows; at the limit it returns ValidationFailed with a message to read out.
