Get a link that shows what a screen is playing in any browser

Returns the device's stream links: playerUrl (plays either playback mode) is always populated; hlsUrl is populated only when the resolved playbackMode is VideoStream, and is null for Html mode. Flags StreamNotReady when nothing is playable yet, and HtmlPlaybackMode whenever the mode is Html. A screen with nothing scheduled has no mode to resolve: playbackMode reads VideoStream, hlsUrl is set and StreamNotReady says why.
