Uploads a logo image (multipart/form-data, a single file part up to 5 MB) and puts it in the draft as the logo for slot=light (light backgrounds), dark (dark backgrounds) or icon (small square mark). Returns the brand guide. Needs workspace-admin rights; a person still confirms the draft.
