Delete the media image.

Deletes the media's manually uploaded poster/image (thumbnail slot row and its longterm storage object). The auto-generated thumbnail of the same type becomes authoritative again through the existing render fallback logic. A 409 error is returned when the slot is auto-generated, a 404 error when there is no such slot.
