Get marketing subscriptions

Get all messenger marketing subscriptions for single page. For pages with many subscriptions, set useCursor=true and follow nextCursor to fetch them page by page. <br/> Collecting subscription tokens still works on the Messenger platform. However, marketing messages on Messenger are no longer available for new users. For existing users, this feature will be deprecated on January 12, 2026. After this date, marketing messages will no longer be supported.

Query parameters

customAudienceIdsstring[]

Meta Custom Audience IDs used to filter subscription tokens. Repeat the query parameter for multiple IDs.

useCursorboolean

Flag used to enable cursor-based pagination. When set to true, the response contains one page of subscriptions and the nextCursor for the next page.

limitinteger

Number of subscriptions per page. Can only be used with useCursor=true.

cursorstring

Value which represents the current position in the data set. For the first request, this field shouldn't be defined. In subsequent requests, use the nextCursor value returned from the previous response to continue fetching data. A cursor can become invalid over time, so use nextCursor right away. Can only be used with useCursor=true.
