Sent when a deposit refund changes status. The body is identical to an item from the List Deposit Refunds response.

Any 2xx response is treated as a successful acknowledgement. Infinia will retry delivery on non-2xx responses.

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
