Update Account Owner

Update an existing account owner. Every data field can be updated except tax_id. Documents can be added or replaced: a replaced document is kept and marked superseded, never modified or deleted. Every change is recorded: data snapshots in versions, document changes in change_log. The idempotency_key can also be replaced; it must stay unique within the company.
