List audit runs
Cursor-paginated runs, newest first. Filter with projectId and status. List items are compact but carry score state (completed runs only) and finishedAt, so ranking or picking the latest run never needs per-run fetches. score is null with scoreStatus=unverified when source-only evidence needs rendered verification; call get_run for links and full detail.
