Exact price of one VPS configuration

Prices one configuration with the same code POST /orders uses, so the amount is the one the order charges: every line, what is due today, what it renews at, whether the balance covers it, and whether the location has a server with room right now (location_available: true, false, or null when it cannot be told). Nothing is ordered or reserved. An invalid choice returns 400 naming every field that is wrong and the values it accepts.
