Current KVM / IPMI access info

The exact payload shape depends on the service — some return a ready-to-open URL, others a credential bundle, others a console link. When VPN access is required to reach the BMC, the response will instruct the caller to pull credentials from /dedicated/{id}/vpn (capability-gated).
