PAN Verification

Verify PAN details

Accepts a PAN number and returns a normalized verification result. The response includes confirmed identity fields (where available), verification status, and flags used for billing and user consent. This endpoint requires both X-API-KEY and X-Client-ID headers for authentication.

pan_numberstring required

PAN to verify. Must follow the 10-character PAN format (five letters, four digits, one letter). Example: ACGPA1234K

Response

PAN verification result. Returns normalized identity data and processing flags.

The PAN provided in the request (echoed back).

full_namestring

Full name associated with the PAN, when available.

dobstring date nullable

Date of birth associated with the PAN record, in ISO 8601 date format (YYYY-MM-DD). Null when not available.

genderstring nullable

Gender value from the PAN record (e.g., M, F, or other), or null if not provided.

categorystring

Category of the PAN holder. Typical values: person or business.

statusstring required

Verification status. Typical values: success, failure, partial.

chargeableboolean required

Indicates whether this verification operation should be billed to the client.

user_consentboolean required

Indicates whether the user has provided consent for this verification action (if required by flow).
