Subscribe a webhook

Called once when a user adds the "Watch Completed Calls" instant trigger to a Make scenario. Store the returned id — it's what you send back to the unsubscribe endpoint when the trigger is removed.

Subscription id. Store it and pass it as the path id on DELETE /webhooks/{id}/ to unsubscribe.
