Run a Product platform action in sandbox

Runs a system-owned lifecycle action declared by the caller's Product, including authored due actions, or api_key.rotate. Use the operation name from the compiled Product contract and put the target fields in input. The sandbox system actor binds tenantId and productId to the calling Product API key. Instances must belong to that Product. The trigger runs on demand in sandbox; lifecycle and reference checks still apply. Key rotation always rotates the calling key with unchanged access; save the replacement secret from the first response. No operator credential is needed. Live requests are refused.
