RFQ

GET /rfq/:rfq_id/execution - Read positive committed execution proof.

Reads live and archived Engine-derived fills, independent of the short-lived negotiation cache. A missing projection never proves that the RFQ did not fill. Unavailable storage or a lagging projection returns 503 so callers can retry.
