Send the inventory (plugin)

Called by the plugin right after connecting and on Refresh: per kind of data the count, period, statuses and field names (ACF field groups, form fields), never content. Form entries, orders, customers, users, reviews and subscriptions are always marked as personal data. Answers with the selection, with defaults for new keys (content on, personal data off).
