Notification event feed (JSON)

Public JSON pull feed of vendor notification events (incidents, maintenance, advisories, updates). Optional API key. Prefer account webhooks or personal RSS when you need watchlist-scoped push delivery.

Outbound webhooks (Slack, Discord, PagerDuty, Zapier) are configured in the web app, not via this REST path. See WebhookEvent in components.
