Stream incidents (SSE)

Real-time server-sent events for incident changes across vendors. Prefer this over polling /incidents when you need push-style updates.

Connect with an EventSource client (text/event-stream). Typical event names include incident create/update payloads matching list items. Requires browser Origin or API key when VENDOR_API_REQUIRE_API_KEY is enabled. History and filters still follow your plan.
