Dashboard favorites bundle

Requires authentication. Single POST for dashboard data across many favorite vendors. JSON body: { vendors: string[], sections?: string[], timePeriod?: string }. Sections: stats, maintenance, advisories, recentActivity (default: first three). Avoids URL vendor-list limits and browser fan-out.
