Start Container
Start a stopped Docker container.
Restarts a previously stopped container. The container will resume with its existing configuration and state. This is faster than creating a new container as no initialization is required.
Use this endpoint to resume a bot that was previously stopped, or to restart a bot that exited unexpectedly.
