Change the role of a user in a resource group. In a SCIM-managed resource group, pass resetToScimRole to undo a manual role change and restore the role mapped from the user's SCIM groups.

Use the inherit role to give the member the same role they have in the organization, following it when it changes.

Requires the org to have a Team plan or higher.
