org_type'starter' | 'staging' | 'pilot' | 'growth' | 'scale' | 'enterprise'

The organization's product/billing tier. Starter and Staging are the sandbox-style tiers (Staging is a sandbox paired to a production-tier org); Pilot, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise are the production-style tiers, with Growth/Scale/Enterprise driven by the org's Stripe plan.
