Fetch the per-disclosure HTML table of a filing, styled
Returns the SEC R{n}.htm for the requested link_role, with our CSS injected so the table renders consistently with the rest of the platform (system font, design tokens, hidden dictionary noise rows, alternating member backgrounds), suitable for an <iframe srcdoc>. html is null when the source fetch fails or the link_role is not exposed; use viewer_url in that case.
