What moved for a set of entities since a timestamp (filings ingested, material restatements)
For the given entities (a portfolio), the filings ingested since since and the material restatements (medium or high materiality) whose restating filing was ingested since since. Every event is dated by a filing. Entities not visible to the caller are dropped silently, like /compare.
