Rename, describe, set provider, model and skills, set who may ask it (access: everyone or restricted to allowedRoles and allowedUserIds; its owner and admins always may), or turn off. Owner or admin: instructions (each change is a version), webhookUrl, webhookFormat (hourtick, github_dispatch, or devin: webhookUrl is the Devin organization's sessions endpoint https://api.devin.ai/v3/organizations/org-…/sessions and webhookAuthorization its service-user token; Hourtick starts a Devin session per piece of work and records its ACUs as cost), webhookAuthorization, devinAcuUsd (US dollars per ACU), devinMaxAcus (cap per session).
