The card image for a hook, fetched and re-encoded by this API, so it loads on any page (platform image hosts refuse to be shown on other sites, and their links expire). No key needed: the id comes from a run and the image is the platform's public still. Cached for a day. Free. On MCP the same URL is the hook's still_url.
