Erase your account and everything in it

Erase the account and every row it owns: all its API keys, runs, hooks, keep or reject decisions, conversations and messages. It cannot be undone. The body must be exactly {"confirm": "delete my account"} (422 confirmation_required otherwise), and it is refused with 409 run_in_flight while a run is still queued or running. Any unspent credits go with the account. Every key stops working at once. Needs admin. MCP: delete_account.
