Get a Cross-border Transaction

Retrieve a charge or payout transaction by its transaction ID. Inspect data.chargeStatus (pending, successful or failed). This is distinct from the request status endpoint and does not accept the parent request ID or an external reference. Sandbox: use the same suffix under /api/sandbox/b2b/cross-border/requests with a sandbox bearer token.
