Inspect one sandbox service booking payment status

Returns one sandbox-only, redacted service booking payment-status record when the authenticated automation client has services.bookings.read. External URL: /v1/services/bookings/{id}/payment-status. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/services/bookings/[id]/payment-status. This read-only route does not require Idempotency-Key; SDK, CLI, and MCP payment-status inspection may call this sandbox route, while live payment identity, payment provider metadata, raw Stripe data, card details, customer PII, internal fraud signals, and payout execution remain deferred.
