List sandbox Renovation projects

Returns org-scoped sandbox Renovation project summaries when the authenticated automation client has renovations.projects.read and the Renovation project route gate is enabled. External URL: /v1/renovations/current/projects. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/renovations/current/projects. This read-only route exposes service-role-only project state through a redacted response: client and site hashes, supplier pricing, margin, payment state, raw documents, and live action controls are never returned. Live reads remain unavailable until restricted workspace and live gates pass.
