Returns sandbox fixture-refresh run evidence when the authenticated automation client has the explicitly granted official_sources.audit.read scope. External URL: /v1/official-sources/runs. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/official-sources/runs. This read-only route does not run refreshes, call upstream agencies, mutate datasets, or return credentials; live upstream run history remains deferred.
