List feed listings

Lists the organization's feed listings in external_ref order when the authenticated client has listings.read, with each listing's review state. External URL: /v1/listing-feed/listings. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/listing-feed/listings. This read-only route does not require Idempotency-Key.
