List sandbox bank audit events

Returns deterministic sandbox bank audit event metadata when the authenticated automation client has banks.audit.read. External URL: /v1/banks/current/audit-events. Current Next.js implementation path: /api/platform/v1/banks/current/audit-events. This read-only route does not require Idempotency-Key; it returns redacted audit event metadata, safe summaries, resource types, outcomes, redaction boundary, and blocked side-effect metadata only and never exposes raw payloads, request headers, response bodies, API-key digests, staff contact fields, customer PII, bank secrets, raw MyInfo, bank statements, raw documents, callback signing secrets, provider calls, or enterprise ingress claims. Live audit persistence remains unavailable until promotion gates have REST, consent, audit, sandbox, callback, and operations evidence. Bank pilot posture remains information/referral and pre-approval only, recommendation and live bank-decision claims remain deferred, and partner-status publication remains private-first.
