Create a Shopify-hosted checkout for buyer review

Authenticated, stateful integration route, distinct from public exact-SKU records and buyer-controlled cart permalinks. Prices, discounts, variant IDs, shipping promises, and totals are merchant-controlled fields rather than client inputs. Final review and completion occur in Shopify Checkout.
