Published prices and limits (HTML)

Amount, currency and billing interval are read from Stripe at request time and cached for ten minutes, so a price change in Stripe publishes without a deploy. An existing subscription is not re-rated: it keeps the price it was created with until it is deliberately migrated. Not billable.
