Update Basic Info

更新个人基础信息：昵称 / 头像 / 个性签名。

兼容存量用户：三者均为可选，只更新传入的字段。传空字符串表示清空该字段 （清空后读取接口会自动回落到兜底值，不会出现空白展示）。
