Create an API key (account required)

Send your himaxym.com account JWT as the bearer token — NOT an API key. Returns the raw key exactly once; only a hash is stored. Up to 5 active keys per account (409 key_limit beyond that); the /keys routes accept 30 requests per 15 minutes per IP.
