Pay a verified Hilt PayMe recipient through MPP
Resolve a verified X handle and settle an exact SOL or Solana USDC payment. The first request returns an MPP HTTP 402 challenge. Retry the same request with Authorization: Payment to settle the recipient amount and Hilt's payer-funded 2% fee in one Solana transaction. No payer account or API key is required.
