Get media comments (one request return 15 comments)

Get comments on a media.

For new paginated comment integrations, prefer /v2/media/comments. Read comments from response.comments, then pass the returned next_page_id as page_id in the next request.

Migration requires adapting the response format: this v1 endpoint returns [comments, next_min_id, next_max_id], while v2 returns an object with response and next_page_id. Start a new pagination chain on v2; do not reuse a v1 cursor. This v1 endpoint remains available.
