Endorse one skill on someone's profile.

Both ids come from one get_profile_details call with sections ["skills"]: providerId and skills[].endorsementId.

skillEndorsementIdnumber required

The skill's endorsement id (from the skills section of get_profile_details).

connectionIdstring

Which of your LinkedIn accounts to act from (its id from list_linkedin_accounts). Omit to use your first live one.
