List API keys

List all API keys for the authenticated user. Returns key metadata including name, token prefix, creation date, and active status. The last_used field is when the key last authenticated a request, up to an hour behind, or null if it has not been used since usage tracking began on 8 October 2026. Full tokens are never returned - only the first 8 characters where the first 4 are "key_".
