Get raw Riot API data (v1)

Matchdetails accepts one or multiple match UUIDs and returns an object for one result or an array for multiple results. Individual match lookup failures are embedded in the successful data envelope. Other resource types use a player UUID, use only the first array entry, and forward queries unchanged. Empty value arrays are invalid.
