Open Held Checkout

block.restore carries the per-line restore outcomes; session is the checkout to resume (existing, refreshed, or newly created). conv_trip_id is the chat THAT session lives on (it may differ from the chat the hold was armed in: holds are user-scoped), so the web opens the trip whose session it is about to resume.
