Reverify Flight Booking Session Entitlement

Re-run the charge-time entitlement verifies on a session (ENG-30052).

Called after a mid-checkout membership join so the payment screen's displayed total moves to the entitled price; /pay stays the enforcement point and re-runs the same verifies.
