Verify Added Identity

Verify OTP for newly added identity.

Uses phone_change/email_change type to verify the identity is being added to the current user (not creating a new user).

For a guest this is the conversion: Supabase makes the anonymous user permanent under the same id. There is no Users row yet, so nothing is written there; the web refreshes its session and calls /auth/register, which creates the row. Answers {"success": true, "converted": true}.

An email guest already has the row: the code is written and marked verified like an account's (an email code sets email_verified), and the answer also carries converted.
