Implied volatility sample (JSON)

The current implied-volatility board: level, session change, and trailing-year percentile with a calm/normal/elevated/stressed read for each gauge. Each row carries the session its own close came from, and measured_through is the newest across the board. A keyless sample carrying the current reading only. The archive and the live feed come through /v1/vol, where depth follows your plan.
